Dine & Bingo Fundraiser

24th Dorking Scout Group are now running the Dine & Bingo on 2nd Tuesday of each month at Capel Memorial Hall.
This is a great fundraiser for the group and we need the following:
Supply and cooking of main dish and/or dessert for 40 people All expenses paid if necessary Fran can prepare in advance.
Help setting up from 6.30pm for 7.30pm start they can then leave- Cubs and Beavers
Two adults to man door and sell raffle tickets- Need an adult to help Alex all evening
RAFFLE PRIZES. Bottles, smellies etc etc._ Please bring along to hut asap
Help to serve hot food at 8pm till 9pm Scouts and/or adults
Help washing up, putting tables and chairs away at 8.30 till 9.30pm Scouts and/or adults
You are all welcome also to attend for the Dine & Bingo. we get all age groups. Its £10 per head with 10 games included. This was previously run by the Cricket Club to fundraise for the pavilion and they have kindly handed it over to us.
